There will also be a 35,000-square-foot members club with club suites, a fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar and cigar lounge as well as a Chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, a library and a screening and media rooms.

It would also include a data center. A 19-story building on the site will be demolished.

Details: Plans call for the construction of the 65-story, 375-unit E11even Hotel & Residences, which will feature condo-hotel units. The project will also include 2,049 square feet of office space, a four-story parking garage, 36,852-square-feet of commercial space, the 20,000-square-foot E11even Day Club which will feature a 2,200-square-foot pool, cabanas, a gourmet food hall, a wellness center, sports lounge, beach club, and art installations. A second phase will consist of another 65-story tower with 416 condominium units, one floor of coworking space, a private rooftop club, and a sky port.
