2024 looks to be a busy year for student housing architects, since many colleges and universities are looking to build or expand their student housing offerings.

This trend definitely stems from a need to create better accommodations for events like COVID and to improve campus community, but at the end of the day, student housing is just incredibly profitable both for schools and private investors.
