WEST HOUSTON—The eight-floor 327-unit all-rental midrise building, adjacent to Memorial City Mall and clocking in at $57 million, is slated to open in the summer of 2019 after the luxury units atop Hotel ZaZa.
WEST HOUSTON—In response to the demand for luxury rental product in the Memorial City area, MetroNational is underway on an eight-floor 327-unit midrise located at the northwest corner of Barryknoll Lane and Memorial City Way. The all-rental apartment building, adjacent to Memorial City Mall, is slated to open in the summer of 2019. The project cost is estimated to be $57.2 million, according to BuildCentral.
