A Message to our Clients from BCI’s Founder and Chairman, Matthias Krups

Dear Client of BCI Australia,

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve I would like to give you a brief update on BCI’s position and response to this unprecedented crisis.

Our overarching philosophy is to focus on and protect the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients and other stakeholders. We have decided to take a balanced, yet pro-active approach that takes into account the individual circumstances in the countries we serve, and that is guided by recommendations and instructions from local authorities. In line with this approach we have begun to introduce comprehensive working-from-home arrangements for our staff, ranging from alternating teams’ presence in our offices to a complete working-from-home regime. We anticipate that over the next weeks, as governments introduce general lockdown directives, virtually all of BCI will be working from home.

It is important to note that, by the nature of our business and thanks to an outstanding remote IT access infrastructure, BCI is exceptionally well prepared to operate away from our offices. This enables us to maintain the high level of quality and consistency that you have come to expect from BCI. We take pride in doing our part in mitigating some of the significant disruption we know our clients will be experiencing during this period of crisis.

BCI’s mission is to help our clients to identify and take advantage of opportunities in the market. We believe these opportunities continue to exist during times of adversity. By continuing to support you with actionable information we hope to bring an element of certainty and transparency in an exceptionally uncertain time.
