Plans call for demolition of six buildings and new construction of a 14-story, assisted living facility. The long-term care center will have 130 residential units, common space, fitness room, inpatient treatment rooms, dining space, and a salon.

Plans call for new construction of two, seven-story buildings consisting of 300 apartment units and 70 condominiums. One will be anchored by retail and other with a parking garage.
Plans call for the construction of a 24-story apartment building with 200 units. There will be a mixture of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. Some of the units will also be affordable. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, lounge and fitness center.
Plans call for the construction of an 115-room, 12-story, Nobu Hotel and a 10,000-square-foot restaurant. The hotel will also have event space, indoor pool, and 3,360-square-foot fitness center.
