1) Buyers come to BuildCentral through various channels, including our own network of web sites that focus on innovative residential building products.

2) Buyers select the product(s) they would like information on and issue information request(s) that are sent immediately to the supplier(s) via email. All leads are also stored on our servers for easy access, download, and management.

3) Upon receiving the information request, supplier sends out the requested information in the form of literature, catalog, videos, samples, or other forms of marketing collateral. Supplier may, for designated leads, follow up with telephone or email marketing efforts.
